2. Datos que tratamos

Únicamente los que el usuario nos facilita voluntariamente a través del formulario de contacto: la descripción de su consulta o proyecto y el medio de contacto que indique (por ejemplo, correo electrónico, teléfono o usuario de Telegram). No recabamos categorías especiales de datos.

3. Finalidad

Atender y gestionar su consulta, elaborar presupuestos y mantener el contacto comercial derivado de su solicitud.

4. Base jurídica

El consentimiento del interesado y la aplicación, a petición de este, de medidas precontractuales (art. 6.1.a y 6.1.b RGPD).

5. Conservación

Conservamos los datos durante el tiempo necesario para gestionar su solicitud y, posteriormente, durante los plazos legalmente exigibles. Después se suprimen.

6. Destinatarios

Para su gestión, el contenido del formulario se transmite al equipo a través de la plataforma de mensajería Telegram. No vendemos ni cedemos sus datos a terceros con fines comerciales. No se realizan transferencias internacionales distintas de las inherentes a los proveedores tecnológicos empleados para operar el servicio.

7. Sus derechos

• Acceso, rectificación y supresión de sus datos.
• Oposición y limitación del tratamiento.
• Portabilidad de los datos.
• Retirar el consentimiento en cualquier momento.

8. Seguridad

Aplicamos medidas técnicas y organizativas razonables para proteger los datos frente a pérdida, uso indebido o acceso no autorizado.

Только те, что пользователь добровольно указывает в форме обратной связи: описание запроса или проекта и выбранный способ связи (например, email, телефон или ник в Telegram). Специальные категории данных мы не собираем.

3. Цель

Обработка и ведение вашего запроса, подготовка сметы и поддержание делового контакта, возникшего из обращения.

4. Правовое основание

Согласие субъекта и принятие по его запросу преддоговорных мер (ст. 6.1.a и 6.1.b GDPR).

5. Срок хранения

Мы храним данные в течение срока, необходимого для обработки запроса, и далее в пределах установленных законом сроков, после чего удаляем их.

6. Получатели

Для обработки содержимое формы передаётся команде через мессенджер Telegram. Мы не продаём и не передаём ваши данные третьим лицам в коммерческих целях. Международные передачи не осуществляются, кроме присущих используемым технологическим провайдерам.

7. Ваши права

To handle and manage your enquiry, prepare quotes and maintain the business contact arising from your request.

The data subject's consent and the application, at their request, of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

5. Retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary to manage your request and, thereafter, for the legally required periods, after which it is deleted.

6. Recipients

For its management, the form content is transmitted to the team via the Telegram messaging platform. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. No international transfers are made other than those inherent to the technology providers used to operate the service.

7. Your rights
